  • 2 Ouh-Mami Sausages, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bird’s eye chilies, chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 fried egg (optional, but highly recommended)
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve

  1. Aromatic Start: Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and chilies, stir-frying until fragrant.
  2. Sausage Time: Add the sliced Ouh-Mami Sausages. Stir-fry until they start to brown and release their savory aroma.
  3. Veggie Mix: Add the onion and red bell pepper, stir-frying until they soften.
  4. Flavor Infusion: Pour in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir everything together, letting the sauce coat all the ingredients.
  5. Basil Touch: Throw in the Thai basil leaves, stirring until they wilt and release their incredible fragrance.
  6. Serve it Hot: Serve your Pad Krapow over a bed of steamed jasmine rice, topped with a fried egg if desired. Enjoy the harmonious blend of spicy, savory, and aromatic flavors!
