Ouh-Mami Thai Larb Salad

Today, we’re swapping the meat with Ouh-Mami Sausage, adding a unique and delicious twist to this authentic Thai salad.


  • 2 Ouh-Mami Sausages, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 shallots, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted rice powder
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 handful fresh Thai basil, chopped
  • Fresh vegetables for serving (lettuce, cucumber, and cabbage)


  1. Heat and Sizzle: Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped Ouh-Mami Sausage, cooking until browned and slightly crispy.
  2. Mix it Up: In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, red onion, and shallots. Toss well.
  3. Flavor Boost: Add the toasted rice powder, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Mix thoroughly to ensure all the flavors meld together.
  4. Herb Infusion: Toss in the mint, cilantro, and Thai basil, mixing well.
  5. Serve Fresh: Scoop your Larb onto fresh lettuce leaves or cabbage, and garnish with cucumber slices. Enjoy the refreshing, spicy, and aromatic goodness in every bite!
