Ouh-Mami Thai Larb Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 Ouh-Mami Sausages, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 2 shallots, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted rice powder
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chili flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 handful fresh Thai basil, chopped
- Fresh vegetables for serving (lettuce, cucumber, and cabbage)
Instructions:
- Heat and Sizzle: Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped Ouh-Mami Sausage, cooking until browned and slightly crispy.
- Mix it Up: In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, red onion, and shallots. Toss well.
